Contact information is required to be provied for the mods' reference. If you do not want it also included on the player contacts, include a note with the application.
Applications for characters not from series on the mod's known series list may take a little longer to process.

Name: What would you prefer to be called?
Age: You should be fourteen or older to play this game.
Handle for AIM/MSN/YIM/ICQ, though AIM is advised, heavily: The mods have only AIM for IM service, but you can make other contacts available for other players.

Your Character's Information This section is mainly to make sure that you know your character as well as we hope you do.
Name: What is your character's name?
Series and 'Verse: If your character has multiple canon versions, note which one here (for example: Kingdom Hearts Sephiroth versus Final Fantasy Sephiroth). Here is also where you note if they are a fan made AU and give a short description of the AU. That includes making the AU native to Daear. If the character is an original character, just put 'Original Character' here and fill in the details in the history section.
Age: How old is the character? Make an estimate if you're uncertain or if the character's age is unknown.
Appearance: Please describe the look of your character. Include hair and eye color, unusual markings, etc.
Personality: What is your character like? What are their likes and dislikes? Fears? Strengths? Weaknesses? Artistic license here is fine here, so long as it's in-character.
Powers What kinds of powers, skills or abilities does your character have?
Belongings: What kind of stuff did your character have with them when they were drawn to Daear? This includes weapons, armor, money, magical items likes wands or potions, artifacts that may have been plot important in their story and things like that.
History: What has happened to the character up to the canon point you've taken them from? This will need more detail if the series is not on the mods' known series list, if the character is AU or if it is an original character. If the character has been in Daear for a while, note how long (no more than two months unless they are a native) and what they've been doing while there.
Examples of writing/RPing
First Person Example: This should be at least 4-5 sentences. More is good, if you're so inclined.
Third Person Example: This should be a paragraph or two at least. As with the first person sample, more is good if the mood strikes.
Any Questions? This should self explanatory.
